Human Resources Supervisor

In order to complete our human capital management team, we at Kimia Cellulose Iranian Company invite applicants with experience in the FMCG industry, especially in the field of production and preferably in the cellulose industry. This company is engaged in the production and sale of cellulose products (types of paper towels) with the brands EasyPik, EasyLand and Zeloh.

Key responsibilities:

- Management of recruitment and hiring process based on merit
- Job analysis and Preparation of job ID according to job classification plan
- Implementation of training process based on ISO 10015 requirements
- Implementation of onboarding and off-boarding process
- Implementation of employee performance management process based on regulations and instructions
br>- Managing the process of human resources operations (personnel traffic and types of work shifts, performance calculations, social and supplementary insurance, contracts and decrees, etc.)
- Participation in compiling and updating the organizational chart Measuring employee attitudes Periodically and presenting solutions and suggestions and following up on the implementation of approved cases
- Management of welfare and motivational measures
- Preparation of various analytical and management reports

Other qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience Work as a supervisor in the FMCG industry
- minimum bachelor's degree in management studies (human resources, industrial, government, education, etc.), industrial engineering, psychology and other related studies
- possible to be sent To the mission to the factory Eshtehard Industrial Town
- Has a retirement card (gentlemen)
- Age: maximum 40 years


Competencies:
- Mastery of human resources processes, especially recruiting and hiring based on merit and human resource operations and related software (preferably deductions and solutions)
- Familiarity with labor laws and social security and salary calculations
- Familiarity with job classification and grading Job (preferably Hay Group)
- Familiarity with the concepts and principles of the training process (ISO 10015), performance evaluation and performance management
- Familiarity with the principles of measuring the attitude and satisfaction of human capital
- Problem solving approach and analytical power and high analysis
