Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.Oversee HR operations, including the administration of benefits, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.Conduct training sessions and workshops to support employee development.Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in HR supervisory roles.Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
