Human Resources Supervisor

Job description:
• Updating the employment ID card of employees (70 organizational positions).
• Management of administrative affairs, recruitment and interaction with the Ministry of Labor.
• Calculating employee salaries and wages.
• Recruiting, interviewing, recruiting and deploying new staff (Onboarding). Employees.
• Integration and implementation of processes in the ERP software system.
• Identifying problems, analyzing and presenting periodic reports on the performance of units and employees.
• Compiling and updating administrative regulations. and human resources.
• Management of employee exit process and implementation Exit interviews.

Qualification conditions:
• At least 7 years of experience in the field of human resources and administration.
• Complete familiarity with labor laws, social security and salary calculations.
• Skill in planning, analysis and presentation of management reports.
• Mastery of human resources and administrative software.
• Ability to create and implement training and development programs.
• Preferably residence: west of Tehran.
• Has a productive personality, Results-oriented, with high speed of action and interested in job stability.
