Human Resources Supervisor

Short Description: This role is responsible for all functions and tasks related to the Team Member Service building including recruitment, staffing, training, and development, records management, and employee relations. This position is also responsible for all aspects of the wardrobe department.  

Description: 

Oversee the daily operation of HR to include front of the house Human Resources duties, file maintenance, data entry, and Employment Center.  Foster an environment of teamwork, professionalism, and resourcefulness Set high standards of performance for all areas within their responsibilities Create and post HR employee schedule and monitor payroll expenses Ensure all Federal and State employment forms are completed properly Enforcement of all company attendance policies and procedures, including any applicable warnings and/or counseling sessions Ensure the company grooming standards are being adhered to both for ESO personnel and department Team Members Ultimately responsible for administering payroll corrections as they pertain to payroll discrepancies Ensuring minor labor monitoring and compliance throughout all departments  Optimize the use of all available staff to ensure the right amount of personnel is present for the volume of Team Members Track and report on a daily and weekly basis, applicants and hires Facilitation of new HR processes and continual training, including Smartsheet, Otim8 and EAS Ensure interviewers are consistent and enthusiastic when conducting group interviews and modify interview questions and job descriptions as needed  Ensure the efficiency of the complete HR applicant to employee flow Interface frequently with local departments to understand all departmental objectives and discover necessary tasks to aid them in analyzing and improving their business 

Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work productively across various departments Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Products with an emphasis on Power Point and Excel Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and holidays
