Human Resources Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Recruitment
• Planning and Managing the Recruitment and Recruitment Process for Software Development Teams, Products and Other Organization Units.
• Developing job descriptions and publishing job ads on appropriate platforms.
• Conduct of behavioral interviews and evaluation of candidates.

. Education and Development
• Identifying educational needs and formulating educational programs for different teams.
• Collaborate with managers to develop employees' job path.

. Human Resources Management
• Monitoring Human Resource Process implementation including employee entry and exit, performance evaluation and key forces.
• Participation in formulating human resource policies and laws.

. Employee Relationships
• Manage and solve conflicts in the workplace.
• Creating a constructive and motivational environment for promoting team interactions.

. Organizational Culture
• Implementation of programs to enhance organizational culture and increase the sense of belonging among employees.
• Management of internal communications to enhance transparency and trust in the organization.

. Executive Support
• Collaborate with Senior Management Team to Coordinate Human Resources and Strategic Business Goals.
• Provide Regular Reports on Human Resources Status and Offer Improvement Solutions. BR>
