The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$82,900.00 - $124,300.00Purpose Statement: The HR Team Lead will be the primary manager for the Business Facing HR team and act as an HR Partner for specified site functional groups. Responsible for a compliant and positive employee relations approach, strengthening our employee engagement and driving down retention and will deliver a strong culture. Growing and developing the HR team and providing guidance to site leaders will ultimately allow the HR Team Lead to accomplish these goals.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Responsible for leading site Business Facing HR team in the efficient delivery of HR initiatives aligned with strategy, including staffing, training, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations. Partner effectively with the site leader and management team to facilitate strategic decisions, provide guidance, advice, and assistance to leadership and supervisory staff on people and business issues, identify training and development needs of associates.Facilitate communication between employees and corporate HR, serve as the primary contact for employees seeking advice and development coaching, assist with policy interpretation, and maintain good working relationships with site employees.Stay updated on trends and legal developments, implement necessary actions to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to employment practices.Assist in the development and achievement of site and HR metrics, monitor and report on activities including staffing effectiveness, employee satisfaction, turnover, etc. Identify and act on relevant issues to improve results and create value for the company.Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.Education/Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related fieldOther Qualifications:

Proven ability to influence others, including relationship-building, conflict resolution and leadership competencies as defined by the company.
