Human Resources Supervisor

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Apply disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with schedules, RIT, rules, organization policies and Federal Labor Law Terminate work relationships with workers before official authorities, when circumstances require it Manage the recruitment and selection process for salaried, indirect, intern and operational employees according to the requisitions or vacancies by plant management. Manage the Major Medical Expenses and Life Insurance policies Management of documentation and updating of personnel files

Picks up on situational cues and adjusts in the moment.   For This Role, You Will Need: More than 4 years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of recruitment strategies, social networks and with external suppliers Understanding of the federal labor law and internal regulations Having worked with recruitment platforms Experience with staff under your charge
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience in all areas of Human Resources at least 1 year
