Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking Human Resources Support (General) in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
The Assistant Secretary of Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ) and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) stood up the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) under Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to be the dedicated office to increase cyber resiliency of Air Force (AF) weapon systems and to maintain mission effective capability under adverse conditions. CROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for ‘baking in’ cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of ‘critical’ vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Assist with DoD and DAF program/project analysis including the planning and organizing of program/project activities.Assist with technical work related to program management to include planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.Validate personnel activities for compliance with policies and directives and report discrepancies and recommends corrective action.Maintain suspense system for personnel actions and correspondence.Monitor personnel actions for timeliness, propriety, and accuracy. Prepare and maintain records, assignments, promotions, and personnel readiness.Prepare and process administrative support actions relating to unit programs such as in and out-processing and evaluations. Maintain and monitor duty status changes.Create, interpret, and audit management assessments products and transaction registers and identify mismatches.Track and provide summary reporting/briefings of progress in hiring and onboarding new personnel.Organize and compile management data and submits reports.Work directly with CROWS staff.Collaborate with team leads and POCs to prepare for periodic meetings.Provide customers with guidance on how to use web-based applications for personnel actions.Ensure proper counseling of individuals on personnel programs, procedures, and benefits. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a SecretBA/BS degree and three (3) years relevant experience ornine (9) years of relevant experienceSpecialized Knowledge and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree or certificate in human resources. Ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision. Prior experience working DoD personnel actions and experience with civilian manpower systems (e.g. General Schedule (GS), AcqDemo). Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, problem solving, critical and creative thinking, and multi-tasking.
