**What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Be the go-to person for employees and managers, answering questions, resolving workplace issues, and providing top-notch support.
+ Take charge of the recruitment process—from job postings to interviews to onboarding new hires.
+ Keep employee records up-to-date using HR systems like PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors.
+ Manage timekeeping and attendance records through Kronos, making sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time.
+ Ensure the company stays on top of all employment laws and regulations.
+ Help maintain a positive work environment by assisting with employee relations and workplace investigations.
+ Support benefits administration, performance management, and policy implementation.
+ Juggle multiple priorities while keeping things organized and moving forward.

**What We’re Looking For:**
+ At least 2 years of human resources experience; PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Experience with HR systems like PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, and Kronos is a bonus.
+ Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Strong communication skills—you can explain policies clearly and handle sensitive conversations with professionalism.
+ Excellent organizational skills—you know how to keep things on track even when things get hectic.
+ A team player with a customer-focused attitude who thrives on helping others.
+ Eager to learn, adapt, and make things happen.
+ Experience in Manufacturing locations a plus!!

**Pay Details:** $21.25 per hour
