Human Resources Tier II Representative

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Tier II HR Support Specialist to join our HR Operations team. This role provides advanced support for employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefit programs—including leaves of absence, PTO, and health benefits. As the escalation point for Tier I support, you will resolve complex cases, collaborate with internal HR teams, and help drive improvements in our employee service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to and resolve complex employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave programs within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ Collaborate with internal Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent case resolution.
+ Maintain and update HR systems and share relevant data with the Operations team.
+ Track employee case metrics and assist in managing case documentation and reporting.
+ Maintain process documentation and support timely updates as policies or procedures evolve.
+ Coach Tier I Operations staff by enhancing knowledge bases and promoting first-call resolution.
+ Partner with the HR Communications team to develop Tier 0 (self-service) content and resources.
+ Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline operations and elevate the employee experience.
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or employee relations.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to address and resolve complex HR concerns.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting across all organizational levels.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with HRIS platforms and case management systems.
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
+ Associate's degree, preferably in Human Resources, or related work experience equivalent required.
+ One year of experience in a human resources role required
Preferred:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
License and/or Certification
Preferred
+ PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
