What You’ll Be Doing:
As an HR Trainee, you will gain practical experience in various human resources functions, while developing essential skills in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

Assisting with onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.

Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assisting in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.

Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks and communication with employees.

Helping monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employee welfare initiatives.

Contributing fresh ideas to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:

Current student specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Managment or a related field.

Availability for 6 months from August on

Strong interest in the hospitality industry and HR practices.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools is a plus.

Language Skills: Advanced English and Advanced Spanish are a must.

Full-Time Commitment: This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Compensation: €500 net per month.

Vacation: 6 vacation days total during the 6-month internship period.

Housing is not included.

Six-month availability required.

Ability to sign a collaboration agreement with your school or study center.

Legal authorization to work in Spain or your University must be approved for internships in the EU.
