Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation — and we have a dynamic future ahead.​ As the Hunter Operator, you will set up, operate, and run Hunter mold-making machines and core setters, ensuring a safe and efficient manufacturing process. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for inspecting pattern plates, maintaining process compliance, and working to uphold safety and environmental standards. You Will: + Set up, operate, and run a Hunter mold-making machine and core setter. + Clean, inspect, and change pattern plates according to manufacturing procedures. + Ensure correct manufacturing processes are followed, inspecting products for any visual defects. + Identify and report mechanical malfunctions to maintenance or the supervisor. + Operate equipment safely and record production data accurately. + Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and adherence to standard manufacturing procedures. + Maintain a clean workspace, following environmental and safety protocols. + Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and abide by all safety rules. + Immediately report any job-related injury or illness to your direct supervisor. You Have: + High School diploma or GED. + 6+ months of relevant manufacturing or machine operation experience. + Ability to work repetitively while maintaining attention to detail. + Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing PPE. + Willingness to operate machinery in a physically demanding environment. Work Environment: Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
