Description Summary: Huntington Bank Capital Markets Public Finance Associate is responsible for all critical functions in conjunction with senior investment bankers on municipal financing transactions for public sector clients. Duties and Responsibilities: + Clients may include state and local governments, higher education, health care, K-12, and economic development, among others. + Provides transaction management, including financial structuring and analysis, handling details from origination through closing for bond issues. + Responsible for being a primary point of contact and leading efforts with senior bankers to distill information into presentation materials for clients and prospects, including marketing pitches, RFPs, and financial models. + Proficient in all aspects of DBC, and experience working in Excel + Other duties include coordinating best-in-class materials throughout the public finance team, creating and maintaining marketing and financial model templates, performing business and financial due diligence, reviewing offering documents, assisting in any way necessary for transaction execution.
