HV Superintendent

UGLhave an opportunity for experienced HV Superintendentto join our team. This role will be based at our Perth Office with expectations of some site travel to Barrow Island.

This role will allow you to work with one of our exciting clients performing important scopes of work. The right candidate must have experience working on overhead distribution networks.

About Role:

Lead:Directly manage and lead a team of Supervisors, Linesman and Trades Assistants to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks.Safety Compliance:Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies.Quality Assurance:Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications.Schedule Management:Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for HV activities, coordinating with other disciplines to optimize project timelines.Resource Allocation:Efficiently allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines.Communication:Foster effective communication within the team and collaborate with other discipline supervisors and project managers to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression.Problem Solving:Proactively identify and resolve issues related to activities, providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.Documentation:Ensure accurate and timely documentation of HV activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and any required project documentation.5:2 Perth Based (Expectations of site travel) 40 hrs per week

About you

Minimum 5 years experience in a Superintendent or Senior Electrical RoleCert III in ESI – Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent(Desirable)Construction White Card Drivers Licence
