HVAC Apprentice

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians while learning the trade of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable skills, receive on-the-job training, and grow into a licensed HVAC professional.

Starting Wage: $20 to $25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Essential Functions and Duties: Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems Learn to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work orders Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials for job sites Perform basic maintenance tasks, including filter changes and coil cleaning Support ductwork, piping, and system troubleshooting under supervision Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and prior experience in construction preferred but willing to train Driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs
