HVAC Engineer
**Title: HVAC Technician** **Location:** **4501 U.S. 377 Brownwood TX 76801 United States (Onsite)** **Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM** **Duration: 04 Month’s Contract** **Pay Range $25.00 to $29.00/hr.** We are looking for a “HVAC Technician” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients. **Job Summary** As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems in assigned facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and performance of the mechanical and electrical systems. This role requires proactive performance testing, scheduled maintenance, and emergency response to equipment issues. **Responsibilities:** + Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. + Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficient system operation and respond to temperature-related concerns (hot/cold calls). + Inspect HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure they are operating within design specifications and meeting client environmental conditions. + Operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical systems, electrical distribution equipment, and plumbing systems. + Conduct repairs and emergency maintenance for HVAC systems, electrical components, and plumbing as required. + Complete maintenance and repair records as needed. + Review historical maintenance data to develop and maintain a proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedule. + Safely operate a company vehicle to travel between service locations as needed. **Requirements:** 1. **Education:** High school diploma or GED; trade school training is a plus. 2. **Experience:** At least 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. 3. **Certifications:** EPA Universal Certification preferred. 4. **Industry Background:** Experience in commercial and industrial settings preferred. **Skills** + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook. + Strong communication skills (both oral and written). + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. **Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift and carry loads over 50 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and perform work involving stooping, standing, and walking. **Interview process** : 02 rounds of interview **We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to collaborate with any employers without sponsorship** .
