**Job Title: HVAC Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to oversee a crew of 2-5 technicians. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and be able to troubleshoot installation challenges. The HVAC Foreman will be responsible for creating detailed installation plans, performing quality checks, and ensuring the successful installation of HVAC equipment. **Responsibilities** + Oversee a crew of 2-5 technicians. + Review blueprints and project specifications to understand the scope of work. + Create detailed installation plans and work schedules. + Install commercial HVAC equipment including units, ductwork, piping, and controls according to manufacturer specifications. + Perform complex tasks such as aligning units, connecting refrigerant lines, and testing system functionality. + Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments. + Perform quality checks throughout the installation process to identify and rectify any errors. **Essential Skills** + 8+ years of experience in HVAC installation (residential or commercial). + Ability to read blueprints and run a job. + Thorough knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, ductwork, and controls. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments during installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications. + Experience with commissioning, multimeters, ductwork, brazing, and blueprints. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable 30-person company with no layoffs.
