We are accepting applications for General Repair Technicians as well as HVAC Technicians.

 

 We are a restaurant franchisee and operate iconic brands throughout New Jersey; Applebee's, Chevys, The Shannon Rose Pub, Spuntino Wine Bar.  These roles would be traveling with a company van to our restaurants to perform work.

Responsibilities

General Repair Techs on our Facilities Team will be tasked with a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from minor plumbing and electrical repairs to more specialized tasks such as tile work, door and cabinet repairs, ceiling repairs, and painting. In addition to these, they are also responsible for maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment, a critical component in the restaurant industry.

 

Our HVAC technicians require an EPA license

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentBasic math skillsProficient with a computer and Microsoft OfficeProven working experience in carpentry and general repairAble to work independently and collaboratively in teams managing a team of workers and multiple projectsProficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)Thorough understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and constructionDependable and strong work ethicBasic math skills; able to calculate volume and measure materials to be cutMust have own hand tools; Power and specialty tools will be suppliedComplete computer/administrative work accurately and efficiently Competent in dealing with emergency situationsAble to multitask and manage time efficientlyStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentHigh observation and good time management skillsAbility to plan, prioritize and execute daily tasks to meet deadlinesEnsures that vehicle is driven safely, and traffic laws are obeyed.

*If you are interested in the HVAC technician position you will need to have your HVAC EPA certification.
