ColonialWebb is seeking HVAC Helpers to join our service team in Hampton Roads. As a Helper, you will assist an HVAC Technician with tasks related to maintenance.

What you will do:

Change HVAC filters Work with Technician to meet customer needs Learn about facility maintenance from Technician Interact with customer and ColonialWebb technical/leadership team daily Apply ColonialWebb principles (safety, integrity, empathy, urgency) in execution of the assignment

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Must be able to work independently and without supervision Must have a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen
