Job Description
A Commercial HVAC Installer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and attention to detail. The installer will work with sheet metal, piping systems, and refrigeration systems.
ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC systems, including ductwork, units, and thermostats, according to blueprints and technical diagrams.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating parts, and checking system pressure to ensure efficient operation.Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in case of failure or breakdown.Ensure HVAC systems comply with safety and environmental regulations.Work with other professionals like electricians and plumbers during installation or maintenance work.Maintain records of all installation and repair work for future reference.Essential Skills5+ years of HVAC Install experience (Commercial or Residential)OSHA 10 / EPA CertificationAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsProficiency in mechanical, refrigeration, boiler, duct work, and sheet metalAdditional Skills & QualificationsHVAC InstallSheet metalOSHA 10EPA CertificationWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The company operates under the motto 'Hire for attitude, train for skill.' Currently, there are 23 employees, and the company is looking to grow. Employees are given a lot of freedom, which comes with responsibility. You will drive to job sites within 30 miles of the headquarters in Rochester, NY. Projects vary in size based on client and location. Typical working hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with a half-hour lunch break.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
