**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring an experienced **Journeyman HVAC Installers** for projects located in the **Erie, PA area** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $30/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Installer eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in a newly constructed office building + Perform installations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ensuring all components are correctly placed and connected + Inspect, test, and repair HVAC systems, including electrical components, refrigerant lines, and ductwork + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and compliance with safety and building codes + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions + Work with electrical components, including wiring, circuit breakers, and control systems, to ensure proper system operation + Handle refrigerants in compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines **Requirements** + Proven experience in HVAC system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance + Strong knowledge of electrical components, refrigerants, and ductwork + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics + Familiarity with HVAC system components such as compressors, evaporators, and condensers + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills + Knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory compliance, including handling refrigerants (EPA certification is a plus) + Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
