HVAC Installer | DOE

Responsibilities of HVAC Installer will include: 

Install heating & air conditioning systems to company standards Provide customers with a high quality experience Size and draw duct work correctly Start up and troubleshoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units Supervise the work of other installers Maintain high quality and timely job performance Enroll in extra training to further knowledge of HVAC industry and Management (16 hours required)

HVAC Requirements: 

3+ years of previous HVAC experience NATE Certified or become NATE certified within one year Proficient at residential & light commercial installations Advanced understanding of lay out, design, fabrication and installation Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers and wiring diagrams Excellent customer relations and open mind to think outside the box  Ability to train entry level personnel
