**Job Title: HVAC Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman to oversee a crew of 2-5 technicians. The foreman will be responsible for changeouts, replacing furnaces, startups, and installing ductwork. The role involves reviewing blueprints, creating detailed installation plans, and ensuring the proper installation and functionality of commercial HVAC systems. **Responsibilities** + Oversee a crew of 2-5 technicians during HVAC installations. + Perform changeouts, replace furnaces, and handle startups. + Install ductwork and other HVAC components. + Review blueprints and project specifications to understand the scope of work. + Create detailed installation plans and work schedules. + Troubleshoot installation challenges and make necessary adjustments. + Install commercial HVAC equipment, including units, ductwork, piping, and controls according to manufacturer specifications. + Perform complex tasks such as aligning units, connecting refrigerant lines, and testing system functionality. + Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to identify and rectify any errors. **Essential Skills** + Thorough knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, ductwork, and controls. + Ability to troubleshoot and adjust installation challenges. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + 8+ years of experience in HVAC installation (commercial or residential). + OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications. + EPA certification. + Experience in commissioning, using multimeters, and brazing. + Clean driving record. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience specifically in HVAC installation (residential or commercial). **Why Work Here?** Join a stable 30-person company that values its employees. Work generally covers areas from 30 minutes south of Canton up to route 480 and around Cleveland. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with an average of 45-50 hours over the course of the year. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Canton, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
