This position is responsible for managing the top quality layout, installation, and change-out of all Heavy Commercial HVAC ductwork, systems, and equipment at the job site. Must be a true leader who develops high performing teams.

Oversee a group of employees ensuring top quality work is produced on schedule, in budget, and most of all; safely everyday. Perform quality sheet metal installation (Projects such as: schools, hospitals, multi-story buildings, colleges, new construction, demo and remodel). Achieve project's environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Ensure two way communication to and from the job site to all stakeholders. Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment as required in the vehicle. Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job. Participate in company provided training opportunities and meetings Wear proper PPE at all times and comply with all safety standards and processes. Identify and report to Management all potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).Skills
5+ years’ experience in installation of all HVAC systems and equipment. Ability to run work and manage crews. Strong leadership skills Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations. Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals. Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.Additional Qualifications
Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Valid social security number Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
