Our client is seeking a Red Seal-certified HVAC Technician with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. Salary: $110,000 – 120,000 annually

Additional pay: Bonus pay, Overtime pay

Education:

Red Seal Certification (Mandatory) Driving License (required)

Experience: 

2-4 years HVAC experience

Shifts: Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

Install and service ducted heat pumps Install and service ductless heat pumps Other HVAC installations as required

Skills and Abilities:

Mentor apprentices and help shape company best practices. Provide exceptional service, building long-term relationships with clients. Represent the company with professionalism and expertise. Keep your work vehicle organized and well-stocked. Ensure all installations are properly documented.
