Temporary position$18.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.Responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance.Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairPrepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvementsMaintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areasProvide residents with outstanding customer serviceHVAC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
At least 1 year of onsite experienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalentEPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.Required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
