WE LOVE OUR WORK. Performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines.Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.Experience with property energy management and control systems.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Can read and understand blue prints.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Orders required materials to complete task given using company purchasing system. BRING US YOUR BEST. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. - Must be eligible for licensing with the West Virginia Racing Commission. Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state in which you reside. In addition to the pre-employment background check, this position will be subject to periodic checks of your driving record in order to determine your continued suitability to drive company and/or patron vehicles. Must be Universal CFC certified. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
