How do you excel in this position\n

The HVAC Sales Engineer is responsible for elevating awareness to Stark Equipment's core competencies and capabilities through active account management with assigned accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets. The Sales Engineer will work with management and peers on account management, sales strategies and goal achievement, project design, project bidding, project management, and pipeline management.\n

What are we looking for:\n\nAssociate degree in engineering and\/or other applicable technology space required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.\n5 to 10 years of related work experience preferred.\nAbility to build rapport and develop strong customer relationships. \nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite is essential.\nAbility to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.\nCan multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nMust be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. \n\n

This is a base salary, and the position also includes eligibility for a variable sales bonus. There is potential for a sales start-up assistance program.
