Bahnson Mechanical Systems is seeking a Service Coordinator to perform dispatching and administrative tasks from our home office location in Clemmons, NC. This person will work directly with the service technicians, sales staff, and accounting.

Responsibilities:

Manage service operations, including scheduling, and dispatching technicians Coordinate the scheduling of service calls with the Service Manager to maximize utilization Collaborate with other departments to ensure services are delivered efficiently and on time Manage resources to ensure field staff are equipped to complete their objectives Communicate issues and opportunities in real-time to technicians, sales and management Maintain good recordkeeping / database management practices Reconcile technician expenses / purchases Execute accurate and timely billing of customer invoices

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Customer service oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn service management software
