Job Title: HVAC Service Team Dispatcher Department: Service Summary: The Service Team Dispatcher position dispatches the service technicians in response to customer calls for service. This is a non-exempt position and reports to the Service Manager. **Responsibilities Include:** + Handle all incoming calls from customers in a prompt and courteous manner + Evaluate customer situation and match the appropriate service technician for the task based on technician skill + Processing the service call paperwork + Maintaining timely communication and responding to all customers + Maintaining direct communication with field personnel, maintain dispatch board + Issue purchase orders, completing required data entry + Closing out service call paperwork and verifying all charges and costs + Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude with both internal and external customers + Work in tandem with sales team and service manager in order to meet customer expectations **Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED Required + 2+ years hands on customer service experience + Proficient on MS Office Suite + Attention to Detail + Be able to multi-task + Excellent Organization + Ability to problem solve + Excellent oral and written communication + Customer service skills a must + Team Player + Flexible and reliable + Able to work in a fast-paced environment + Previous experience in dispatch role or construction industry **Notice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
