This individual must have knowledge in boilers, furnaces, air conditioning units (up to 5 tons), controls, and heat pumps. What We Offer: + Pay range up to $40.00 an hour depending on experience, plus monthly commissions, and annual bonus + On call status is paid "Double Time" + Opportunity for bonuses based on individual and company performance + Opportunity for profit sharing based on company performance + Health + Dental + Life + Retirement plan + Holidays and PTO + Company truck + Company iPhone + Company Laptop + $1,000.00 hiring bonus after the first 90 days + $1,000.00 hiring bonus after one full year Hours & Working Conditions: + Average 40+ hours per week + Overtime/weekend work as required + May work outside, in crawlspaces, and attics + Some lifting and physical exertion required Duties and Responsibilities: + Perform planned service on HVAC equipment + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment + Install parts in HVAC equipment + Complete paperwork/computer work required by management and record hours and all materials used + Collect payment for work performed if applicable + Return unused material and inventory + Keep assigned vehicle organized and clean + Track vehicle maintenance and alert management when maintenance is necessary + Contact the supervisor following the completion of each job, providing requested information regarding the work completed + Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements + Other duties as needed Job Requirements: + EPA certified + 2 or more years of experience as a HVAC/R service technician + Ability to follow controls/wiring schematic + Knowledge with standard technician tools + Valid driver’s license + Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s) + Neat, clean, professional appearance
