Job Description The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, well-maintained environment Responsibilities + Assist the Director of Engineering / Assistant Director of Engineering in the full upkeep of preventative maintenance, including keeping logs on work done, scheduling and the assignment of projects and other related tasks. + Work with the HVAC staff on a shift basis and coordinate their activities. + Review work orders and assign work by priorities. + Maintain up-to-date inventories of HVAC supplies. + Maintain all the refrigeration equipment on the property. + Maintain all HVAC equipment on the property (guestrooms, public areas, function rooms) + Provide technical assistance to other technicians as necessary. + Work on other equipment as needed. + Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. + Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations. + Train engineering personal on HVAC repairs, maintenance, general operation. + Open and close work requests in Synergy. + Adjust temperatures in hotel BAS.
