SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and ice house equipmentMaintain and assist in the control energy management systemsRespond to service calls and expedite repairsMaintain preventative maintenance schedulesMaintain records of equipment installed and removedMaintain and repair make-up exhaust air handling units, including fans and motorsMaintain and repair chiller units and associated equipmentWork with various departments to ensure safe and timely repairs are completedGeneral Mechanical and Plumbing experience a plus

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years commercial, industrial HVAC experience preferredCurrent EPA license (or obtain within 6 months)Must be able to work varied shifts, days, nights, and weekends including extended hours when required and willing to work under various weather conditionsMust be physically fit and able to climb stairs/ladders up to heights of 50 or more feetMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to stoop, bend, and lift regularlyMust be self-motivated and able to perform tasks with minimal supervisionAble to provide own basic hand toolsMust possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and successfully complete all authorized employment screenings and criminal background checks
