HVAC Service Technician
Job Summary:
Provide maintenance and repair of HVAC systems including RTU’s, chillers, boilers, VRF’s and IAQ systems on a commercial scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify problems with heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial customers.
Carefully examine the equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment.
Inspect HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
5 years of experience in the HVAC industry or a minimum of 3 years providing maintenance and service on HVAC equipment.
EPA certification
On call availability
Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required.
