**Job Title:** **HVAC Technician – Industrial Environment** **Shift:** First Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) **Pay Range:** $35 – $45 per hour **Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled **HVAC Technician** to join our team in a demanding **industrial environment** . This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing **mechanical and electrical HVAC systems** to ensure optimal performance in a high-temperature setting. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in an industrial facility. + Troubleshoot and resolve **mechanical and electrical issues** on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. + Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. + Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals for accurate repairs. + Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols. + Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as an HVAC Technician in an industrial or commercial setting. + **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and HVAC controls. + **Certifications:** EPA 608 Certification required; additional HVAC certifications preferred. + Ability to work in **hot environments** and handle physically demanding tasks. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Coconut Creek, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr. Cusanso proudly host the worlds largest hamburger bun maker in the world. This system is capable of producing mass amounts of hamburger buns to Cusanos many customers.
