DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Daily Monitoring of HVAC Equipment

- Daily Reading of HVAC Equipment Parameters

- Conducts troubleshooting and repair on all HVAC equipment of clients.

-Performs preventive and corrective maintenance routine with other technicians and electricians.

-Handles and takes care of all the equipment that are being used.

-Coordinates with area supervisor and team leader on service updates and reports.

- Assists electricians and technicians in doing other maintenance works.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

- Vocational-technical course graduates in DOM-RAC or RAC Servicing NC II or III or any other related field of study.

-Knowledge on operating, repairs and maintenance of air conditioning unit or related equipment.

- At least one (1) year working experience of the same capacity or background.

- Has experience in maintaining Centralized Chiller Units, AHU,PAHU,CRAC, DX and ACCU
