Engineering; or Other Department Manager or Director 

Pay Range: $25 - $30 / hour

General Purpose:

Fabricates, installs, repairs, and maintains air conditioning systems and general building maintenance.

Essential Duties:

HVAC Technician/Building Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a strong background in building maintenance, particularly in A/C systems and kitchen refrigeration. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with a guest-focused, hospitality-driven approach.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Certification: HVAC Technician Certificate from an accredited college, technical school, or equivalent facility. Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required.

Physical Demands:

Frequently uses hands; regularly stands, walks, sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, and crawls.  Frequently lifts, moves, and carries up to 50 pounds; to push or pull up to 100 pounds.

Environment/Noise:

Regularly exposed to hot and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, moving mechanical parts, compact spaces, hot attic temperatures, and outside weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:

Driver’s License may be required EPA certificate

Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
