What We Offer: First Shift 401k match Health benefits Free employee meals What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required Minimum one year of maintenance experience, preferably in a country club or similar setting 3+ years of experience in HVAC preferred Electrical experience is a plus Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform continuous repetitive motions Ability to work in hot, humid, and noisy environments What You’ll Do as an HVAC Technician: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve issues with airflow, temperature control, and equipment malfunctions Maintain and service refrigeration units like walk-in coolers and ice machines Clean and replace filters, ducts, and coils to maintain air quality and proper system function Respond to emergency repair requests and ensure quick resolution to minimize disruptions
