What you will experience in this position: As an HVAC Technician at nVent you will be part of an exceptionally skilled team dedicated to delivering critical maintenance solutions in our world-class Anoka facility. **In this role, you will:** + Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on numerous systems to ensure efficient performance and safety. + Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to meet strict operational standards. + Collaborate with contractors and teams to ensure effective resolution. + Investigate and apply techniques to troubleshoot and identify the underlying cause of system failures. + Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to build a secure working environment. **You have:** + Training or academic background in HVAC or a related field. + A Special Boiler License and EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification must be active or obtained within 6 months. + Previous experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and diagnostics, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication. + Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands, including lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and exposure to varying temperatures. **WE HAVE:** + A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + At nVent, we believe safer systems ensure a more secure world.
