**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** Responsibilities: You will have the opportunity to work on Rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and chillers. Install refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, pneumatic control, and humidity control systems. Provide preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Troubleshoot units that are not working and replace parts that are defective. Conduct preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems. Repair and replace defective parts, components, and maintain and repair HVAC equipment. Service HVAC controls for various equipment brands. Perform system testing to ensure proper functioning. Communicate with customers to explain repairs and maintenance services. Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Keep up-to-date with new technologies and developments in the HVAC industry.
