Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking a dynamic self-starter for an experienced HVAC Technician for our commercial properties in the Manchester, NH area. Candidate is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards and any applicable laws. Qualified Candidates should have: + 4+ years’ experience in HVAC field + Associate degree in HVAC Technology or related field or equivalent HVAC related trade Journeyman program. + At least two years of this experience should involve a leadership role in an HVAC trade related working team. + EPA certification + NH Gas Fitters License + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Duties To Include: + Abilities to install, maintain, and repair Commercial  HVAC equipment. + Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. + Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. + Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. + Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. + Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. Training junior team members. Setting an example for junior team members to follow. + Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. + Ordering and maintaining equipment + Quoting repairs & replacements on site + Ensuring compliance with appliance standards with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. + Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. + Meeting local HVAC codes - Assisting with customers' queries.
