Responsibilities

Facility Services is seeking a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to join the team. The successful hire should be knowledgeable in building control and monitoring systems to include a computer interface used to control and troubleshoot OMRF environment.  

 

Responsibilities:

Performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance at the OMRF campus, as well as an additional small unit owned by OMRF located in downtown Oklahoma City.Maintaining and improving the condition, quality, and integrity of all building systems.Completing repairs and duties as directed in a timely manner.Attending and completing required training.Participating in on-call rotation for emergency response when necessary. Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and three years of relevant experience or training in building system controls and HVAC. Knowledge of building mechanical systems, including preventative maintenance and work order tracking.

Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications

At least three (3) years of relevant commercial experience. Strong knowledge of building control and monitoring systems.

 

Current Oklahoma HVAC journeyman license a plus.

Work Hours

Typically, Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM with eventual shared on-call responsibilities.
