Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Description

We are seeking an HVAC Technician to perform commercial maintenance and service of modular trailer and building HVAC equipment. This role involves cleaning coils, replacing filters, diagnosing and correcting malfunctioning systems, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance. Experience is preferred but not required, and no EPA certification is necessary.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems and components utilizing measuring and testing instruments.Conduct upkeep and repair on bearings, pumps, polyphase motors, shaft alignments, and fans.Work with GE wall units and King Electric W2420-W W Series Wall Heater 2000-Watt / 240-Volt White.Diagnose and correct malfunctioning HVAC systems.Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.Clean coils and replace filters.Essential SkillsExperience with HVAC systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systemsKnowledge of GE wall unitsExperience with wall-mounted HVAC systems (110v)HVAC certification preferredBasic electrician skillsAbility to perform routine maintenanceAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience powering up unitsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work with units being fabricated and returned for repairs, with installations being the biggest part of the job. The role may require working on scaffolding when necessary.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Sacramento, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
