Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team at a healthcare facility in Needham, MA. This role involves diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.

ResponsibilitiesReceive work orders and coordinate work to fit the daily schedule assigned by the department director or designee.Maintain the facility's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related control systems.Respond to emergency calls from facility departments requesting immediate assistance for HVAC and refrigeration problems.Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment as assigned and report deficiencies.Coordinate repairs to the HVAC system with other departments.Install air conditioning, refrigeration, temperature, and humidity control systems and accessories as necessary.Essential SkillsHVAC troubleshooting and repair.Preventive maintenance.Refrigeration Technician License.EPA Type IV Universal Certification.Five years of HVAC experience within commercial, industrial, or healthcare settings.Additional Skills & QualificationsCustomer service and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving skills.Ability to contribute to the success of the team.Exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.Completion of a two-year skilled trade or vocational school program.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Hospital setting with available shifts of 6:00am - 3:00pm (Mon-Fri), 10:00am - 7:00pm (Mon-Fri), and 7:00pm - 7:00am (Mon-Wed).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00
