**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an HVAC Technician to support our growing commercial group specializing in maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing HVAC units and supporting other divisions with concrete restoration, labor work, and landscaping. **Responsibilities** + Service and maintain HVAC units. + Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues. + Support concrete restoration projects. + Assist with general labor tasks. + Participate in landscaping activities as needed. **Essential Skills** + Service and troubleshooting skills for HVAC units. + Maintenance technician experience. + 1+ year of experience as an EPA Universal certified technician. + Experience servicing residential or commercial HVAC units. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction labor, concrete work, or landscaping is preferred to enable flexibility between divisions. **Why Work Here?** Our company is growing, and this division is a startup within a larger, supportive group.
