**Job Title: HVAC Stationary Technician** **PAY: $35-45/HR** **Location: Midtown Manhattan** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to handle the operation, replacement, repair, and maintenance of all HVAC-related mechanical, electrical, and control systems. This includes but is not limited to: chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handling units, pumps, heat exchangers, heaters, condensers, chilled and heating water piping, expansion joints, system controls, and air distribution systems. The technician will also perform major repairs on integrated building temperature controls. **Pay** + $35-45 /HR **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. + Conduct complex repairs on air conditioning, heating, and ventilating components and systems. + Make intricate repairs to HVAC control systems, including air compressors and air dryers. + Replace or install heaters, ventilation systems, and related equipment. + Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and water treatment systems. + Independently perform skilled tasks at client sites. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in HVAC mechanical systems. + Strong troubleshooting and repair skills. + Experience with HVAC control systems and electrical components. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs. + Knowledge of hand tools and field service operations. + EPA certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handling units, pumps, heat exchangers, heaters, condensers, chilled and heating water piping, and system controls. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your skills are valued and your expertise is critical to our success.
