HVAC Technician
We are currently seeking a dedicated and **Skilled** **HVAC Technician** to join our growing team in the Augusta, ME area. If you have experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and are looking to work in a dynamic, supportive environment, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers. + Troubleshoot issues and perform diagnostics to ensure the proper function of HVAC systems. + Provide high-quality customer service and ensure client satisfaction. + Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. + Comply with safety standards and regulations. **Requirements:** + **EPA 608 Certification** required. + **Valid Driver's License** with a clean driving record. + Previous experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. + Ability to be on-call 1-2 times per month. **What We Offer:** + Competitive hourly wage, $25-$30 per hour, or more based on your experience level. + Monday to Friday work schedule (days). + On-call rotation of 1-2 times per month. + Opportunities for career growth and skill development. + Supportive and collaborative team environment. **Benefits:** + Benefit offerings include Health and Vision Insurance for employees, Health Insurance options for family members, life insurance and personal time off.
