**Job Title: HVAC Technician 1st Shift** **Job Description** Perform diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. **Responsibilities** + Receive work orders and coordinate work to fit daily schedule assigned by department director or designee. + Maintain the facilities' heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related control systems. + Respond to emergency calls from facility departments requesting immediate assistance for HVACR problems. + Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment assigned by the director or designee and report deficiencies. + Coordinate repairs to HVAC system with other departments. + Install air conditioning, refrigeration, temperature, humidity control systems, and accessories as necessary. **Essential Skills** + HVAC + Electrical + Service + Troubleshooting + Mechanical + Repair + Maintenance Technician + EPA Certification + Air Conditioning + 2 years skilled trade or vocational school + Refrigeration Technician License + EPA Type IV Universal Certification + Five years' HVAC experience within commercial, industrial, or healthcare settings **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Customer Service/Interpersonal Skills + Problem Solving skills + Contributes to the success of the team + Exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others **Why Work Here?** This company offers significant opportunities for growth within the organization.
