Pay Range: $28 - $30 / hourly Requirements + 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience + High school diploma/GED + Enthusiasm for sharing your HVAC knowledge + Basic computer skills Responsibilities + Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program + Provide hands-on HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility + Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability + Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting + Support and communicate progress with students + Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!
