In this role, you'll play a crucial part in installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. **Duties/Responsibilities:** + Install new HVAC units, ductwork, and thermostats to optimize system performance. + Perform routine maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently. + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing HVAC units. + Replace parts and maintain inventory of replacement components. + Adhere to company and industry safety standards at all times. + Other related duties as assigned to support team goals. **Requirements** **Required Skills/Abilities:** + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. + Proficiency in using power and hand tools, thermometers, pressure gauges, and testing devices. + Ability to interpret operation and repair manuals. + Excellent mechanical aptitude and communication skills for customer interactions. **Education and Experience:** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Completion of vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship. + Two years of related experience preferred. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to work on HVAC units and lift up to 50 pounds. + Comfort working in varying temperatures and conditions.
